If I could give this comapny zero I would. I hired this company to install a propane furnace in 2021. It was installed in September 2021. When the owner/installer left, the furnance was not working I had to call him back to start it. Since the installation there was a knocking noise which could be heard in the upstairs vents when the furnace fired up. He told me that the problem was with my pipes and that he would have to knock out the wall to reach the pipes. I told him that there was there was no problem before he touched it. There were also some red card issues noted by the propane company which they highlighted in December 2021 and Freddy would not come after repeated calls until May 2022. When he finished "fixing" the red card issues the furnance did not work at all. I couold not longer trust the quality of his work and called the propane company to fix the issues. After repeated breakdowns and issues with the furnance, I called the warranty company and found out that Fast Freddy's Services had Installed A Furnance Manufacturerd In 2011 In My Home In 2021. When I contacted him about this, which is not the industry standard thing to do, installing 10 yr. Old furnance and overcharging the customer, he said the furnace was new and he had done nothing wrong. This is what happened to me using this company, I will now have to replace this furnace. Intergrity and honesty go a long way in business.

Do not use this company. Stay far away. This is my experience and I don't want it to happen to you Work was below standard and the "new" furnance installed in 2021 turned out to be manufactured in 2011. He is a distributer for the furnance and must have had it stored somewhere and decided to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer. Who installs a 2011 furnance in 2021, and tells the client that they have done nothing wrong. I now have to go to small claims court to get my money back. I found out the date of the furnance when I checked the warranty with the manufacturer. It was making noises from the initial installation. Fast Freddy insisted that the noise was coming from ducts and I would have to knock down walls in the house to find the problem. There was no noise before his installation.
